Agreement

This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a Webmaster's use of the Free Templates. If this agreement is terminated, Webmaster must cease using the Free Templates provided by CasinoTemplates.org.

This agreement becomes applicable when a Webmaster successfully downloads or uses any one of the Free Templates offered at CasinoTemplates.org.

CasinoTemplates.org and Webmaster are not in a business relationship.

CasinoTemplates.org is free to offer this opportunity to any Webmaster.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is legally entitled to make use of CasinoTemplates.org.

Webmaster hereby applies to use the CasinoTemplates.org Free Templates as per this agreement.

Webmaster WILL NOT REMOVE the CasinoTemplates.org Anchor Text/s except as described at http://www.casinotemplates.org/faq.html . This is strictly forbidden and will result in serious legal penalties to Webmaster.

Webmaster will hold CasinoTemplates.org harmless in relation to any damage or loss that Webmaster may incur as a result of Webmaster’s use of CasinoTemplates.org.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate CasinoTemplates.org for any loss or damage that CasinoTemplates.org may incur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

CasinoTemplates.org offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. CasinoTemplates.org does not guarantee that CasinoTemplates.org will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

CasinoTemplates.org reserves the right to prohibit or stop Webmaster from using CasinoTemplates.org if CasinoTemplates.org believes Webmaster has breached any provisions of this agreement.

CasinoTemplates.org’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

This agreement and services at CasinoTemplates.org may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the CasinoTemplates.org website. Webmaster will immediately be subject to any such changes.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between CasinoTemplates.org and Webmaster regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by CasinoTemplates.org.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
